Most people drive to Mendocino alone, fighting Highway 101 traffic, watching the miles tick by. By the time they arrive, they’ve already spent two hours of their day on logistics.
We built the van so that doesn’t happen. You leave San Francisco and the trip begins immediately — the Golden Gate behind you, the redwoods ahead, the Pacific somewhere to your left. You’re not navigating. You’re not parking. You’re already there, in spirit, before you’ve left Marin County.
The drive north through Sonoma and Mendocino County is one of the most beautiful in California. We treat it that way.

🚐 Custom Ford E350
A full-size passenger van rebuilt for long-distance comfort. Wide seats, room to stretch, and windows big enough to actually see what you’re passing through.
🎨 Distinctive Paint
You won’t miss us at the pickup spot. The van is custom-painted and unmistakable — it looks like it belongs in Mendocino before it gets there.
👥 Six Passengers Max
We never overload the van. Six guests means everyone has space, everyone can hear the conversation, and nobody feels like they’re on a shuttle.
The Route
We pick up in San Francisco and head north on Highway 101, crossing the Golden Gate into Marin and continuing up through Sonoma County wine country before turning west toward the coast. The landscape shifts noticeably as you climb — from suburban sprawl to open rangelands to redwood forest to coastal bluffs — and we point out what you’re seeing along the way.
Three hours each way. Long enough to feel like a real journey. Short enough that you’re back in the city before the evening is gone.
