Cannabis Friendly Accommodations

Relax at accommodations that are cannabis friendly

We’ve been working in tourism and hospitality for decades, from San Francisco’s double decker busses, to driver guiding wine tours to Sonoma and Napa Counties.  We’ve shown tourists around Union Square, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, Sausalito, Muir Woods – you name it.  Generally, things haven’t changed that much in Northern California tourism over the years.  That was until California passed legal adult use of cannabis, and a whole new branch of hospitality and tourism opened up.  Now dispensaries and cannabis farms have become tourist destinations.  Weed tasting is getting as popular as wine tasting.

As more and more states and countries legalize the adult use of cannabis, travelers are seeking out accommodations that are cannasseur friendly.  What’s the point of going on a cannabis themed adventure if the place you’re staying is going to hassle you over your legal adult use of the sacred herb?

Glamping and toking in peace

Enter Bud and Breakfast.  Think of it as a Hotels.com or an Airbnb for cannabis friendly accommodations.  Through them you can find places to stay all over the world from glamping to luxury hotels that all are down with pot smokers.  Some accommodations will even have weed waiting for you when you get there.  Just specify that’s what you’re looking for on their checklist of accommodation extras, and the perfect place to meet your needs will be waiting for you in your destination city.  You can even book cannabis activities to enjoy when you’re there through their platform.

Nothing says luxury like a relaxed cush environment to enjoy your smoke

It’s good to live in the 21st Century.  We’ve come a long way since the days of sneaking around, and hoping your hotel doesn’t penalize you for toking in your room.  So, toke away! Sit on the veranda to enjoy a little wake and bake with your morning coffee, or an evening joint with your end of day aperitif right out in the open – like an adult.  Welcome to the new world!
